The FAQ below restores the substantive questions from the Lekhha resource library in the current 2.0 design system.
What is Lekhha?
Lekhha is an all-in-one workspace for tracking requirements, purchases, inventory and business transactions across personal and commercial use cases.
Who can use Lekhha?
It can support households, stores and businesses, NGOs and other organisations that need to plan, order, track or exchange products and inventory.
What is a consumer and vendor in Lekhha?
Accounts begin with Consumer capabilities. An eligible account can register as a Vendor and gain additional business capabilities while retaining the Consumer-side functions.
How do I add more users?
The Primary User manages access for Secondary Users. Users can request access or be added by the Primary User, with permissions controlled at Account level.
How many users does Lekhha support under one account?
The access model is designed for multiple users per Account and multiple Accounts per User ID.
I do not have a store. How do I sell items on Lekhha?
Register the Account as Vendor and, once approved, add eligible Current Inventory SKUs to the Product Catalog.
How do I track inventory shared between users?
Use the inventory update workflow to mark the relevant quantity as shared with selected users of the Account.
How do I track borrowed or lent inventory?
Use the Borrow/Lent transaction workflow, identify the other Account and quantity, then track acceptance and return.
What else can Lekhha be used for?
The inventory and transaction model can be used for many household, office and business items.
How do you use my data?
The published Lekhha FAQ states that personal information is encrypted and kept within the country, with other consumers seeing only limited system/account identifiers.
How do I get started?
Open the Lekhha application, register with your mobile number and email, then create or access an Account. Vendor registration is available from the application menu.
