• While the app can be freely downloaded from Apple’s App Store for your iOS device or from Google’s Play Store for your Android device, the app is built so you can access on the Web from any Windows or Mac OS based systems without any installations.
• Once installed on your iOS or Android device, signing up is required to be able to further access the app.
• Meanwhile, you can browse a vendor’s Product Catalog without signing into the application both on mobile device & desktop.

User may also access an existing Account by requesting access to the Account’s email ID & upon approval by the Account’s owner, instead of creating a new Account.

• While a user may not always have a reason to maintain multiple User IDs, an enterprise can maintain as many User IDs for each mobile number for the users with the enterprise.
• The app enables & allows each User ID to maintain multiple Accounts to be able to track work & personal areas separately.
• The app also enables & allows each Account to be accessed by multiple User IDs with respective access permissions as per the particular User ID’s role.

• Every User ID registered in the app is identified as a Primary User or Secondary User with respect to every Account the User ID has access to.
• A User ID will be identified as a Primary User for an Account if it was created by the User ID in the application, thereby allowing the User ID all permissions to the Account & the power to allow access to other User IDs with specific permissions.
• And a User ID will be identified as a Secondary User for an Account if it was approved access to this already existing Account by the Primary User of the Account, thereby allowing the User ID permissions to the Account as provided Primary User ID. 
• So, an Account may have only one User ID as the Primary User & may have none or any number of User IDs as the Secondary Users
• In other words, a User ID by itself cannot be identified as a Primary User or Secondary User, but only when considering the User ID’s association with an Account!

• A user’s key purpose to use the app is either for managing personal needs or for managing business operations.
• This key purpose is determined for each Account & accordingly is associated to all User IDs having access to the Account.
• The key purpose of an Account is defined by only the Primary User of the Account.
• The default purpose for every Account is to manage personal needs & this is enabled by assigning the Consumer Role to the Account.
• The Primary User of this Account may promote this default purpose to managing business operations by completing the ‘Register as a Vendor’ step. Once approved by the Lekhha Administrator, the Account is now assigned both the Consumer Role & the Vendor Role to fulfil this purpose of managing business operations.
